This warranty does not cover forces of nature, abuse or voltage rise. Bytes for Less recommends that.... You must always use surge protection on your AC power source and data lines (phone & cable line). Bytes for Less is located in southeast TN at Harrison Bay. Customers who live in this area will enjoy free delivery. Customers outside of this area and northwest GA., please allow for applicable shipping charges to be added to your purchase. For warranty claims outside of this area, Bytes for Less will opt for a local Intel product dealer in your area to provide you with any replacement service that is necessary or, when local service is not available or impractical, shall reimburse it's customer any valid receipt for return shipping and will pay for reshipping to customer.
